Happy Tuesday, everyone! 

For those of you still waiting for D6 to arrive, here is a quick (yet rambling) update for you. 

 SOUTH AMERICA: Most of you already have your game, but some are still waiting due to the postal service recognizing certain areas are not likely to be delivered successfully at this time. The fulfillment house is monitoring the situation closely and will release the games as soon as safe to do so. We have had some unfortunate returns from Brazil for unknown reasons. Could be the "precious metal" coins or size of the shipment itself, but we are investigating and hopeful to get a solution soon. 

NORTH AMERICA: First wave is complete and we just got word the second wave has arrived at port. The containers have been chosen for inspection by customs, so that could slow things down a little more, but we are told to expect fulfillment middle of June. 

ASIA: VFI has everything and said fulfillment will begin "next week". I am not sure if that is a delayed message from last week meaning this week, or actually next week, but it will be soon either way. 

EUROPE & AFRICA: There had been some problem areas and some issues with bigger shipments, but for the most part should be complete. If you haven't received your game yet, feel free to reach out directly to GamesQuest at fulfilment@gamesquest.freshdesk.com. I am sorry it has been so slow, but I can promise I'm doing everything I can to speed things along. 


Meanwhile, Jesse has put the finishing touches on a D6 Starter Class Game Booster that we may release sometime in the future. Maybe. But that will be well after everyone has received their game.

Hey all! As more and more of you have received the game, posted your videos, and put the game on your tables, we've started to get some good questions that we think are worth addressing. We still anticipate making "how to" videos in the near future, but this social distancing world has kept our video capabilities at Condyle Bay.  

In today's update, kids, Jesse talks about Buffs and Health Points! 

For those of you that have limited access to watching the video, or simply have better things to do than listen to Jesse for 5 minutes, this is pretty much all he says that really matters. :)

Happy Friday, everyone! 

We are still marching forward trying to get the game in everyone's hands, and we're excited to hear and see your reactions when you receive it. In this weird time, we need as much excitement and fun as we can get, so hearing what you think of the game really means a lot. Especially when it's favorable. :)

So...where are we now? I'll update our current shipping situations at the bottom of the update, but that's boring. Instead, we can jump right into the useless part. For those that are too busy to watch, Jesse and Cory ramble on and on about a bunch of nothing (face it, we're just bored). You know, typical stuff like our love of collectibles, future projects, best time to release a D6 class booster, and more blah blah blah...

In the ever so slightly less useless part of the update, you can see Jesse and Cory running through a round of D6 while explaining a few HOW TOs. Again, we know your time is precious, so...wait, who are we kidding?  Get the popcorn. 

 Still with us?

NORTH AND SOUTH AMERICA: Quartermaster completed the first wave and now await the arrival of the second wave of inventory. We expect it to port around the 20th of May or so. Once it arrives, we should start cranking on the rest. For those of you that have received the game and have any issues, please email cory@certifiablestudios.com so we can put you on the list. But don't expect to be immediately taken care of since we are still waiting on the rest of the inventory to be able to pull from. Of course, we fully expect everything to be perfect, but figured you'd want to know the protocol all the same. If you have a shipping concern, you can reach out directly to QuarterMaster Logistics at shipping@qmlogistics.com. If you never received a shipping notification, you will be in wave 2 at the end of May. Thank you for your patience. 

EUROPE AND SOUTH AMERICA: GamesQuest alerted me yesterday that they are now continuing operations, but at a limited capacity. Things will move slowly, but at least they are moving. They are having issues with some countries that are not attempting deliveries more than once and then returning, so we have to be very careful. As much as shipping may have cost you, you can bet it's costing us twice that, so we have to be as efficient as possible. I know they are focusing their efforts on carriers that are having more success. Again, please be patient, but know we are moving. If you have issues with shipping once you get notified your package is on its way, you can reach out directly to GamesQuest at fulfilment@gamesquest.freshdesk.com. If there is a game related issue, you can reach out to cory@certifiablestudios.com. 

ASIA: We are still getting the final coordination underway, but I hope to get word it's starting to move soon. At least most of it. The inventory is now with VFI, but I'm working through QuarterMaster, so I may be a little late in my communication. 

AUSTRALIA: You should be all set by now. Hope you're having fun!

D4, or not D4?

Happy Monday, everyone!  We hope you had a great weekend.

We've received quite a few questions about the two different styles of D4 dice in the game, so wanted to go ahead and send a quick update. Besides, we are always looking for a good excuse to say hello.

While you're here, a quick shipping update, too. 

NORTH and SOUTH AMERICA: Finally got confirmation we are getting our turn to get the first wave moving next Monday. The fulfillment house has been working hard getting caught up with other campaigns that got in line before us, but that wraps up this week. So starting next week, most of Central and South America, Canada, and one third of the US will be moving. The containers for wave 2 are hopefully getting moving this week, but I have not yet gotten confirmation. I'm hopeful, though. 

ASIA: The truck has been dispatched for VFI and should arrive in a few days. I will look for an updated timeline once they inventory everything and let me know. 

EUROPE and AFRICA: Still locked down in the UK, so just hoping for a sooner date than later. 

AUSTRALIA and NEW ZEALAND: Everything has been dispatched. 

As of this past Friday evening, Mississippi is under Shelter In Place orders, but I promise to keep you as updated as I can.
