Happy Friday, everyone! 

We are still marching forward trying to get the game in everyone's hands, and we're excited to hear and see your reactions when you receive it. In this weird time, we need as much excitement and fun as we can get, so hearing what you think of the game really means a lot. Especially when it's favorable. :)

So...where are we now? I'll update our current shipping situations at the bottom of the update, but that's boring. Instead, we can jump right into the useless part. For those that are too busy to watch, Jesse and Cory ramble on and on about a bunch of nothing (face it, we're just bored). You know, typical stuff like our love of collectibles, future projects, best time to release a D6 class booster, and more blah blah blah...

In the ever so slightly less useless part of the update, you can see Jesse and Cory running through a round of D6 while explaining a few HOW TOs. Again, we know your time is precious, so...wait, who are we kidding?  Get the popcorn. 

 Still with us?

NORTH AND SOUTH AMERICA: Quartermaster completed the first wave and now await the arrival of the second wave of inventory. We expect it to port around the 20th of May or so. Once it arrives, we should start cranking on the rest. For those of you that have received the game and have any issues, please email [email protected] so we can put you on the list. But don't expect to be immediately taken care of since we are still waiting on the rest of the inventory to be able to pull from. Of course, we fully expect everything to be perfect, but figured you'd want to know the protocol all the same. If you have a shipping concern, you can reach out directly to QuarterMaster Logistics at [email protected]. If you never received a shipping notification, you will be in wave 2 at the end of May. Thank you for your patience. 

EUROPE AND SOUTH AMERICA: GamesQuest alerted me yesterday that they are now continuing operations, but at a limited capacity. Things will move slowly, but at least they are moving. They are having issues with some countries that are not attempting deliveries more than once and then returning, so we have to be very careful. As much as shipping may have cost you, you can bet it's costing us twice that, so we have to be as efficient as possible. I know they are focusing their efforts on carriers that are having more success. Again, please be patient, but know we are moving. If you have issues with shipping once you get notified your package is on its way, you can reach out directly to GamesQuest at [email protected]. If there is a game related issue, you can reach out to [email protected]. 

ASIA: We are still getting the final coordination underway, but I hope to get word it's starting to move soon. At least most of it. The inventory is now with VFI, but I'm working through QuarterMaster, so I may be a little late in my communication. 

AUSTRALIA: You should be all set by now. Hope you're having fun!

D4, or not D4?

Happy Monday, everyone!  We hope you had a great weekend.

We've received quite a few questions about the two different styles of D4 dice in the game, so wanted to go ahead and send a quick update. Besides, we are always looking for a good excuse to say hello.

While you're here, a quick shipping update, too. 

NORTH and SOUTH AMERICA: Finally got confirmation we are getting our turn to get the first wave moving next Monday. The fulfillment house has been working hard getting caught up with other campaigns that got in line before us, but that wraps up this week. So starting next week, most of Central and South America, Canada, and one third of the US will be moving. The containers for wave 2 are hopefully getting moving this week, but I have not yet gotten confirmation. I'm hopeful, though. 

ASIA: The truck has been dispatched for VFI and should arrive in a few days. I will look for an updated timeline once they inventory everything and let me know. 

EUROPE and AFRICA: Still locked down in the UK, so just hoping for a sooner date than later. 

AUSTRALIA and NEW ZEALAND: Everything has been dispatched. 

As of this past Friday evening, Mississippi is under Shelter In Place orders, but I promise to keep you as updated as I can.

Some Good. Some Bad.

Happy Monday! Just a quick update to start off your week. We hope everyone is staying healthy and happy and...patient! 

So...

AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND: Aetherworks has sent everything out, and it should already be there or will be soon. For those of you that went all-in, you either received or will receive the order in two shipments. So if you didn't get everything you expected yet, it should soon follow. 

EUROPE & AFRICA: Well, after my last update where I was telling you the exciting news that your game would be there soon, we got word GamesQuest was locked down. The good news is they got all the orders out that consisted of just the Deluxe game with no additional items, so those should be received soon. The bad news is that's all they got out before the service was suspended.  If you got the all-in pledge or even just the base game, you are unfortunately having to wait. I'm incredibly sorry about this. Nothing we could do at this point, but still a very painful message to deliver. Fingers crossed it's a shorter wait than not. 

NORTH & SOUTH AMERICA: The first of three containers has been checked and inventoried and I had hoped sent by now. Unfortunately, we are still waiting for the exact date of fulfillment to start. Everything is moving a little more slowly than normal due to health concerns, but they know I'm anxious and I hope it is moving next week. As demanding as I want to be so we can get the game in your hands, I am also choosing a less obnoxious and more understanding route. The good news is after calculating exactly how far that first container will take us once it has started moving, we will be able to complete 95% of Canada and 32% of the US. We will be able to get all but 2 of the South and Central America and ROW shipments out as well. Again, I truly hope it's sooner than later. The other two containers should set sail this week and should arrive in 35 to 45 days. I will provide more details when I have them. 

ASIA: The truck should start moving to VFI-Asis by early next week. I am not communicating directly with them, but I anticipate the fulfillment process should begin within a week or so thereafter. As soon as I get confirmation from my logistics team, I will let you know what to expect. 

ANTARCTICA: Paul and Rob, you'll get yours eventually. Maybe.

FULFILLMENT FUN!

It's been a busy few weeks since our last update, but we are finally starting to see some good results in moving towards getting D6 in your hands! Especially in this troubling time that everyone is dealing with, we're really excited to finally bring some joy to your table.  But we still need to ask for more patience for the most part. 

AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND:  Aetherworks has started and we are seeing evidence of D6 arriving with some backers. This will continue over the next week so, therefore I'm hopeful it finds you soon.  The Deluxe game is so big they opted to ship it in separate boxes from the add-ons.  If you receive one box and feel you are missing items, it's likely to come the next day or so. Please bear with us.  

EUROPE:  GamesQuest has started fulfilling as of today. It took a little while to finalize the customs process, organize the shipments and for me to get it all paid for based on their estimates, but it's now starting. For the record, any delay getting started is on me. The game has proven to be extremely expensive to ship, and I simply needed to scrutinize it prior to sending payment in hopes to reduce it as much as possible. That said, I failed to save money and lost a little time, but we are now moving. The problem now is they are short staffed due to certain employees being quarantined. This is going to mean it could take up to two weeks to get the entire order out the door. They apologized for the longer than normal anticipated turnaround, but I feel this is reasonable considering the circumstances. I hope you agree. 

NORTH & SOUTH AMERICA: The first container arrived a few weeks ago. Quartermaster Logistics has been putting the final shipping quotes together based on actual pick and pack fees, packaging, and customs fun that I sent them as late as possible for accuracy. That has now been completed and approved. Based on their current schedule, they anticipate starting the first week of April with the current inventory in hand. 

Our manufacturer in China has reported some great news regarding the rest of the games. They are now back to 100% capacity and have now finished everything. We are now getting the containers ready to ship and hope to reach the US in 35 to 40 days. This will represent the bulk of the US shipments. Thank you for continuing to be patient. 

ASIA: Now that the final manufacturing push has been completed, we will be sending a truck to VFI Asia for fulfillment.  I don't have a definitive schedule, but hope to have the games on their way to your door in the coming weeks.

GETTING READY TO LOCK AND LOAD

Where we are...

Hey everyone! After all these months, we are getting really close to fulfilling the beast of a game known as D6. At least for some of you.  The ships appear to have arrived in Australia, Europe and the United States, but we are still going to be dealing with customs and initial fulfillment prep in the next week or so.  As a reminder, we only got 1 of the 3 containers on board for the US portion, so we are still waiting on the rest.  I spoke to the manufacturer to get an update, and they have asked for an additional week before they will give me a definitive update on the rest of the games.  Due to the health concerns, they are working split shifts which is slowing everything down, but we are remaining 100% supportive of their health first attitude while keeping our eye on quality.  Additionally, there is a back log of shipments that are slowly starting to move out which has caused delays from CNY anyway.  Everything in the Europe, Australia, New Zealand, South America and Central America will be fulfilled with the initial shipments, and we will get as much of the US and Canada as we can. Asia and the rest of the US will be updated as soon as I hear from the manufacturer next week.

In the meantime, it's time to lock down addresses in anticipation of things moving quickly from here. Shortly after I send this update, I will be sending notice to each of you for any final address changes. If you haven't moved recently or have already changed your address, nothing for you to do.
